Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and (optionally) WhatsApp/phone number and birthday month, which you provide when you join.
• Loyalty activity — your stamps, visits, rewards earned and redeemed, referrals, and which of our branches you visit.
• Notification token — if you enable notifications, a device push token so we can send you reminders and offers. You can turn this off at any time in your device settings.
• Basic technical data — standard information needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use your information

• To run the loyalty program — track your stamps and visits and let you redeem rewards.
• To send you notifications about your rewards, stamp reminders, and special offers and deals (marketing communications).
• To improve our restaurants and the rewards program.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the program — our database/hosting provider (Supabase, Vercel) and our notification provider (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) — and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

Notifications

Push notifications are optional. You can disable them at any time from your phone’s notification settings or by turning them off in the app, and you can unsubscribe from messages using the link we provide.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your loyalty account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

Children

The program is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
